One of the most demanding
tasks of our manpower services executives is
to select the right team of employees and
to prepare them for their individual areas of
work.
At GVO each employee is thus
intensely trained, prior to the first task, in
our own in-company academy to the general standards
of high-class hotel business.
A second further training session is
conducted with the selected team of employees, directly
on the customer's premises. In this way the customer
has the possibility of exercising direct influence on
the requirement profile and selection of individual team
members.
A very particular training concept is always worked
out for special occasions such as menus with dome cover
service or ball events. Here the staff team must wear
matching clothes in order to reflect the right customer
niveau. GVO has its own clothes collection with which
it can guarantee this uniform appearance.
