In addition to the application of the General Agreement on Conditions of Employment of the Hotel and Catering Trade, as well as the skeleton contract and collective agreement governing remuneration for temporary workers (between the interest grouping of German temporary work agencies, IGZ e.V., and the Confederation of German Trade Unions, DGB) - GVO is also in possession of unlimited authorisation to hire out employees as temporary workers.
All employees are covered by accident and liability insurance. GVO Personal does not employ any freelance or "fictitiously freelance" persons or employees without correct employment permits.
